A GRATEFUL HEART

In this day of coming and going with little time
to remember what God does in our lives; it is
important to take a few minutes and thank Him
for each moment in our day- blessing are daily and
so our hearts should be grateful daily- here is my
top ten for today:

1. a walk in the sunshine
2. new set of pots the right size and gauge
3. the fact that they are not brand new but are in brand new condition
4. enough money for this week's groceries
5. Dogman wags of doggie love
6. happy memories of papa David(precious husband)
7. the gift of a good husband
8. knowing the good husband knew the Lord
9. and is safely home in the arms of Jesus
10. the Holy Bible where I can learn to be a widow

and the song of gratefulness continues daily

Day in August

1. sunshine day
2. two walks in fresh air
3. time to remember
4. most of the to do list --done
5. supper of chili, mashed potatoes and squash
6. reading to relax

and so many blessings to keep me through out the day and night

1. no rain so some yard work done
2. was not too hot to do that yard work
3. house is cleaner than I thought :-)
4. knowing that Jesus loves me and you
5. remembering papa with and with out tears
6. fresh beets from my brother's garden
7. phone call from a friend
8. less dust in the air
9. and so many more
10. Praise God for from Him all blessings flow

How wonderful it is to walk with the Lord one day at a time-
as the Lord is my shepherd......
As a new widow I am learning that yesterday is said and done
and tomorrow is today....
God is in my day every day.....
Thank God for 41 years of memories
and for collecting my tears......I know that Jesus
loves me .........
